We are seeking a semi-skilled laborer to join our team. As a semi-skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the team in construction and maintainence of highways in and around Cambridgeshire. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions. If you have experience in construction or a related field and enjoy working with your hands, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Must have current CSCS card and own transport to get to our yard in Littleport.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge in construction
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £100.00-£120.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Littleport, CB6 1HE (required)
