**What you’ll be responsible for**
- **1 **To assist with patients’ personal hygiene regime i.e. washing, dressing, toileting, escorting patients.
- **2** Assisting with patient mobility and moving and handling of patients using specialist equipment as necessary.
- **3 **Taking and recording of patient observations and simple dressings once competency assessed
- **4 **To comply with the ward philosophy of care

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:

- An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care Qualification or Care Certificate Qualification that has been obtained within the NHS
- A minimum of 6 months experience if one of the above qualifications is obtain, if not a minimum of 12 months is required.
- Undertake regular mandatory training*
- _**Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.**_
