We are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent individual with a proven track record of generating and winning business. You will be joining a highly successful agency in their very busy Reigate Branch with great potential in terms of earnings and progression.

**As a Sales New Business / Valuer you will be responsible for**:

- Increasing new business levels and increasing market share
- Driving the sales department and producing results
- Generating and carrying out valuations
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Show leadership skills when needed

**You will have the following skills / experience**:

- Previous experience in the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and win business
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
- Proven track record of generating and winning business

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual within the estate agent industry to become a crucial asset to the team as a Valuer to win new business.

**Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000 + commission & company car allowance.

**OTE**: £40,000 +

**Company car allowance**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
