**Job Summary**: A local authority with a significant land and property portfolio, has an opportunity for a recently qualified, or approaching qualification surveyor to actively contribute to the strategic management of the council’s land and property assets.

You will provide advice and property related guidance in the project management and development of assets contributing to the Council’s corporate regeneration projects and initiatives including housing development projects, investment acquisitions and compulsory purchase processes. The streamlining of operational and non-operational assets, will ensure maximum efficiency of the estate, bringing best value for the council going forward.

You will need experience of disposal and acquisition processes and preparation and an understanding of all land and property related estate management functions.
