We are looking for an admin assistant with a can do attitude, where no task is a problem.
The candidiate would be working across both Little Loads and our Sister company supporting all admin required jobs.
The main roles of the job are as follows:
- Answer the phones
- Book in meetings for the Director
- Be the point of contact for the subbies/ employees and customers
- Comp shop the best prices for materials needed on site, put togther spreadhseets with prices and requirments for the subbies/ employees for the Directors sign off
- Order approved materials for a timely delivery
- Input all data onto spreadhseets
- Write the weekly customer invoices for Directors sign off
- Check subbies/ Employees invoices/ time sheets ready for weekly pay day
- Do weekly facebook posts
- This role requires you yo use you initative and you must be happy working alone as well as part of a team.
- General office filing
- Sometimes you may be required to drive to sites to be present for site meeting to write up the minutes
**Skills requird for this role**:
- Must come from a construction background
- Must have atleast 3 to 5 years experience in the same role
- English must be your first language
- Must be computer literate, great skills on excel, dropbox, word and outlook
- Must have your own car as driving to sites may sometimes be required
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
