We are seeking a Booking Clerk to join the Temporary Staffing Team
The Temporary Staffing team forms an integral part in meeting the temporary staffing needs of the Trust. The aim is to provide a reliable, cost-efficient and customer-driven service to directorates by responding to requests in order to provide adequate staffing levels for the provision of healthcare to the local population.
You will be the first point of contact for the Temporary Staffing Team, responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a professional, efficient and proactive service. Due to the nature of the service provided, this role will consist of a variety of shifts including weekend and public holidays as necessary to sustain the needs of the service.
- To manage cancellations and bookings of temporary workers
- Onboarding new Bank Workers in line with processes including completing Uniform and ID badge requests
- Monitoring Statutory and Mandatory Training and DBS compliance, IT access and User accounts for Bank Workers
- To review and action agency compliance forms and the onboarding of new agency workers
- To support with pay bank worker and agency worker queries
- Creating and updating SOPs specific to the role
- Reporting including: DNA’s and Cancellations, unfillable duties, payment reports and agency invoices
- Agency invoice processing
- Processing bank worker leavers form
