Yard Operative

BAM Site Solutions are recruiting a Yard Operative based at our Allbrook Plant in Eastleigh. You will be working within a busy operational team and required to carry out daily yard duties and organisation of the daily operation of the yard. Working to high standard to improve safety, systems, and processes.

**Your mission**
- Washing and valet of company Plant and vehicles
- Carrying out Daily duties including the operation of the yard process this will include the
- Controlling of haulage companies entering and leaving the yard. Plan and prioritise with the team to enable plant to be available for collection with the relevant paperwork.
- Record Damage of plant when returning from site and report your findings.
- Keep yard in good tidy and safe condition to company standards.
- Serve customers internally and externally efficiently, safely and to the company policies and procedures.
- Opportunities to improve skills and knowledge and progress to take on more responsibilities which would include depot inspections.
- To work in a safe manner with regards to yourself and others and adhere to the companies Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- A team Player that can carry out other jobs requested by manager.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Basic understanding of IT skills
- A valid CSCS card.
- Competency card for Banksman-slinger preferable but training can be given.
- A team player with a good positive attitude.
