**Packing Operative**

**Part Time, Temp Role (16 hrs a week) with view to become full time for the right applicant.**

**The Role**

We are looking for the right person to grow with our company and join in with our business culture. A strong team player who is hardworking, enthusiastic, has initiative and shows attention to detail. Someone who is reliable and will take responsibility for their work to meet our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out physically demanding work when packing goods including assembly of freight boxes for despatch.
- Studying and interpreting assembly instructions required to complete tasks.
- Keeping a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Some lifting is involved and working on your feet.
- Complying with all GDPs (good distribution practices) and company rules.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues at all times.

Salary will be determined based upon experience, agreed upon at the interview and following a successful trial day. We are based in Knaresborough, own transport is essential.

Pay: £11.50 per hour
