Daytime Healthcare are currently seeking for a Deputy Residential Manager to join a well-estabolished Private Boarding School.

*TERM-TIME ONLY*

Roles and Responsibilities;
- You will need to be responsible for all aspects in the residential department in absence of the Residential Manager
- Ensure quality care is delivered in a safe manner throughout the service.
- To lead the residential staff team and ensure activities are arranged to encourage skill development.
- Writing reports and taking part in meetings with senior management.

Requirements;
- You must have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
- Experience in a Leadership role within Residential Childcare
- The ability to plan, record, monitor and problem solve to give children the best experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,902.00-£32,467.00 per year
