Fundraising Administrator

As Fundraising Administrator for CCS you will provide administrative support in a variety of ways to the Head of Development & Communications as they establish diverse income streams to raise unrestricted funding for the organisation.
Experience within fundraising is not essential for this role. You will be a strong communicator and able to develop relationships with people across the community.
Responsibilites will include:
- Processing donations and regular gifts to ensure they are correctly added to the database and coded with finance.
- Support with administration of fundraising campaigns and events.
- Support the fundraising team with research into new supporters, funder reports and to develop fundraising communications.
- Manage administration of UK wide online fundraising tools, such as Easy Fundraising and Amazon Smile.
- Assist the fundraising manager with administration and with community fundraising.
- Keep up-to-date with sector developments and best practice in fundraising.
- Ensure all supporter records are kept up-to-date on the database, importing data as required, and run queries and reports to aid data analysis.
- Support with social media posts and responding to online messages and enquiries.
- Support with administration of third party fundraising events as required.
- Send out fundraising materials and packs to potential individual supporters and community groups.
- Monitor fundraising materials stock levels and handle reorders.
- Support the fundraising team with general administrative duties and adhere to all relevant fundraising regulations.
- Work with marketing to produce creative and engaging thank you and stewardship materials.
- Support Fundraisers with stewardship of small and unsolicited donations as required.
- Undertake other duties as required.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
