The role:
We are recruiting for a Business Process Advisor to support the business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to provide technical support, analysis and reporting to ensure system accuracy, including pricing maintenance, web shop support and data management.

This position is for a 6 month fixed term contract

**Business Process Advisor [Temporary]****:
- Have a minimum of 3 standard grades which should include English and Mathematics or equivalent,.
- Computer Literate, MS Office, Order Processing, Phone Systems.
- Be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, look-ups, if statements, conditional formatting)
- Knowledge of SAP & C4C a benefit, Business Process Knowledge, preferable experience with audit compliance.
- Confident Telephone manner
- Key responsibilities for the position include:

- SAP & C4C- To be trained as a Key User for Customer Services UK so that they can understand 1st level local issues, manage 2nd level escalations and be responsible for the escalation and call management with the Forbo Sap Competence Centre
- Provide SAP Data management. Ensure that the relevant master data for UK is accurate and that all amendments are done in accordance with requirements.
- Ensure that all pricing is managed and updated in accordance with requirements.
- Ensure material master data is set up and managed, including the extension of parts for the U.K.
- Be responsible for SAP testing, including new releases and new processes.
- Be responsible for SAP training with Team Leaders and staff as required to ensure all Customer Services have the correct SAP knowledge and skills.

Business Processes- To ensure process adherence across the UK CS group to standards. Highlight anomalies with Head of Customer Services & Team Leaders as necessary. Identify areas for potential process improvement and make recommendations. If approved, work with relevant staff to implement.
- Be involved in all change requirements to ensure business process adherence
- Be responsible for ensuring that Customer Services meet internal and external audit expectations and manage readiness for audits, including process documentation, manuals, records etc.

Reporting- To be responsible for the production and management of reporting data across Customer Services UK
- To provide regular weekly & monthly reports on team & department performance, as directed by the Head of Customer Services
- To provide ad hoc reporting as directed by the Head of Customer Services

Systems- Ensure that all related systems used within Customer Services are managed, maintained and trained (for example SAP ERP, SAP C4C, Web Shop)

Troubleshooting- To provide analyses on pricing overrides, potential duplicates, audit non-conformity
- To provide information on issues to Team Leaders and Head of Customer Services

Quality- To help with and conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001:2015

Other- Work on special projects as directed by the Head of Customer Services
- Provide day-to-day assistance and cover for the Customer Service teams as required
