Sewing Machinist

**Title: Sewing Machinist / Embroiderer**

The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a Sewing Machinist, to work at our client's busy warehouse based in Fareham, Hampshire.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- Operating sewing machines to cut fabrics
- Making sample fabrics to send to customers
- Embroidery work
- Working to specific measurements
- Producing samples to customer specification
- Showing high attention to detail and dexterity
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Previous experience is not essential for this role, however would be highly advantageous.

This is light work, so it is not a physically demanding role.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 13.30 to 22.30.

Pay rate of £10.25 per hour.

This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing, full-time position, on a temp-to-perm basis. After a 12-week qualifying period, the company will offer you a permanent contract, depending on performance.
