**Salary**: £20,000 basic + commission: OTE;
- 1st Year **£40,000,** 2nd Year **£50,000**

**The Company**

The Company is the fastest growing, market leading Energy Recruitment Specialist. They have grown at a record pace in 3 years with 180 staff spread across offices in London, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Houston USA, Calgary, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. With animpressive turnover of £40million in 2012 they are looking to continue their aggressive expansion and are aiming to have 500 staff with many more global offices over the next 3 years and for this reason are looking for top quality graduate recruitment consultants.They want you to become experts in your field and have designed a "Graduate Academy" which means you will be amongst new friends from the start and will get you up to scratch in no time, the top biller in the company is currently taking home in excess of £30ka month and has only been there 3 years straight out of University, so this is a fantastic opportunity to launch an extremely lucrative career in a fast-paced environment surrounded by young, likeminded people
