**What you’ll be doing**:

- Report any building issues and maintain corresponding spreadsheets
- Responsible for the organisation of laundry lockers, issuing keys and conducting audits to keep area running smoothly.
- Ordering and maintenance of office supplies.
- Liaising with IT to report any technical issues.
- Issuing and keeping track of building access cards.
- Printing and delivery of Ships Safety briefings using appropriate methods.
- Updating via Microsoft programs to produce temporary signs/notices required for the building while collating TBT documents.

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Have experience of working in an administrative environment / Business Support function
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable in operating IT systems generally
- Be able to understand and operate in accordance with clearly defined operational processes
- Strong ability to self-manage and multitask
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems

**The Ship Services team**:
Working in the Ship services team you will be delivering administration support to call class of ships. This role will give you the opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, working across exciting platforms and giving you the opportunity to grow within the role and liaise with various stakeholders.
