**Secondment/fixed term for 1 year due to funding**An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join a well-established oncology lung team within NHS Forth Valley.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and inform future ways of working in cancer services aimed to improve the patient experience and support the lung cancer clinical nurse specialists in the delivery of care throughout the patient journey.

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will provide support to lung cancer patients, and will regularly work unsupervised.

A minimum of SVQ III in care or equivalent gained through a combination of experience, knowledge and on the job training/short courses is essential, with a willingness to continue to develop relevant skills/knowledge.

***Please note this is an indicative AFC Band 4, pending evaluation.
