An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Supervisor to support a small friendly office and a busy MD of this SME based on the outskirts of Oxford near Woodstock. Working in an engaging, collaborative environment, offering support andgrowth.

Following further investment, they have exciting plans to grow and are looking for a person who can work under their own initiative and engage with other members of staff.

Duties will include
- Arranging travel arrangements and diary management
- Review and develop new processes and procedures
- Communicating regularly with other team members
- Arrange board meetings
- Collate and produce reports, agendas and circulate minutes
- Manage post, stationery and provisions
- Variety of admin support

You will need to be confident in your ability and have an open, engaging personality. With strong organisational skills you will need to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Regularly dealing with items of a confidential nature.

With relevant experience, this varied role will offer growth and recognition.

The client is offering flexibility and would consider part time 30 hours per week or full-time hours.
