**What the Job Involves**
- The Advanced Social Work Practitioner role involves working within legislative frameworks, preparing written statements for judicial hearings, and performing leadership roles within a team. You will have to ensure that resources are used optimally, contribution to Quality Control frameworks, and monitoring systems for case management. This job also involves the implementation of non-discriminatory practices, offering advice to Social Workers, contributing to emergency referrals, and acting as a key worker for allied health professionals. You will also be expected to fulfil duties required of an Authorized Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) as defined by the Mental Health Act and present cases at legal hearings and exercise independent autonomy. As the job role, you will be expected to respect the institution's commitment to promoting equal opportunities for everyone. This job involves a wide range of tasks including responding to the needs of vulnerable adults and their families, maintaining high standard reports, and ensuring the involvement of significant others in decision-making processes.
