**Key Teaching Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your existing experience to provide targeted support to students with Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD.

- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support.
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of students.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students.

**Teaching Assistant Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD.
- Excellent academics, including a Degree (ideally) and communication skills (both written and verbal), to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Reliable, articulate, and dependable, with a commitment to providing consistent support to students.
- Ambitious and driven to make a positive impact on the educational journey of students with SEN.
