Manufacturing business situated near Fakenham is looking to appoint a Payroller to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This can be worked over 4 or 5 days and can be hybrid after the initial training period. Reporting to the Financial Controller your mainduties will consist of:

- Payroll processing & reporting for 5 payrolls.
- Processing the pension schemes & reporting by the required dates.
- HR Support - Working with the HR Advisor supporting the HR function.
- Administration - Collating information, updating master spreadsheets, reporting and filing.
- Reporting - Ensuring government official surveys and letters are responded and completed in a timely manner.
- Finance Support - Reporting required payroll details on a monthly basis.
- Pension Trustee Duties - Ensuring quarterly trustees reports are collated and issued.
- Annual Renewals - Updating, collating and corresponding with insurance companies.
- Bonus Administration - Updating and processing scheme accurately.

You will be an experienced payroll administrator with strong IT and communication skills.
