We require an additional Pest Control Team Leader to join our team, to develop new business and support existing clients in the ( Devon/ Dorset/ Somerset) South West.

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Pest Control Team leader**:

- Supervise a pest control team technicians for effective Operations
- Planning for the team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Working with team members individually on a regular basis, to provide training and help and ensure they are following company procedures
- Stay updated on the latest Pest Control techniques, equipment and industry trends
- Driving improvements in Quality, Productivity and Sales
- Training new technicians (in conjunction with the Technical Team)
- Monitor and evalute the team members, providing feedback and implementing actions when necessary
- Assisting with interviews for new technicians
- Hold a Full Driving license
- Have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- **Qualification - **RSPH Level 2 Pest control
- Have the ability to work effectively and independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Be experienced Pest control in leadership or senior technician
