Not all of the above skills are required but the more you can do the better.

The role could be on a PAYE or self employed basis, with the package as a whole adjusted accordingly

A van could be supplied with the role, but is also open to self employed tradesmen with a van, with the package adjusted accordingly

Driving license not essential as there is the option to ‘pair up’ with one of our existing team

Opportunity of lots of overtime for those that want it

Experience/Qualifications:

- Several years of experience in the trade and being able to demonstrate excellent ability in the desired areas.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and a trustworthy team player.
- Good organisational skills.
- Must be friendly and have a professional attitude.
- Social housing experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £150.00-£250.00 per day
