**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on individual preferences
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop or cafe
- Proficiency in espresso preparation, latte art, and various brewing techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and flavour characteristics
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
