Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) for one of our very established clients.

About the Nursing Home:
This care centre is an advanced concept of care, which comprises of 4 separate units, which provides both nursing and residential care. Within the grounds of the care village there is Brambles Social Centre and 24 extra care housing cottages, whose occupants can have support delivered directly to their own homes. This home was included in the luxury care home guide 2018/2019.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:
Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
Creating individualised care plans for residents.
Updating care plans daily.
Safely administering and recording of medication
Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual’s needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
Clear DBS.
