The role of Travel Administrator is responsible for administering all business travel for OHS employees whilst adhering to the travel policy. Previous experience in business travel/administration is essential for this position. This role reports to the Executive Assistant.

This is a part time, fixed term position, with hours of work being, Monday-Friday, 12.00-17.00.

Applicants must be able to flex up to full time hours (40 hours per week) to cover annual leave and periods of absence, when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to travel requests from staff throughout the business
- Arrange air/rail/ferry/hotel/vehicle hires whilst adhering to the travel policy
- Book offsite meeting rooms
- Maintaining up to date records of requests received, travel booked, and amendments requested and made
- Check and review of weekly/monthly travel and vehicle hire invoice spreadsheets for any invoicing queries; investigate and notify travel agent/accounts payable accordingly
- Additional administrative assistance as and when required for the business such as archiving, scanning, binding etc.
- Stationery ordering
- Ordering business lunches as and when required
- Tracking the above on associated spreadsheets for cost management

Applicants must have the following attributes:

- Attention to detail, planning and organising
- Able communicator - verbal and written
- Able to use initiative
- Ability to build relationships with internal customers and key stakeholders
- Competent in the use of MS Office - Word; Excel; Outlook
- Able to review and recommend changes to working practices to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
- Self-starter

This is an exciting position within a small team, giving the successful applicant a chance to develop in a variety of areas.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
