**Administrator - Leeds - £22,600 per annum**

Our client is a well-known organisation based in the Crossgates area of Leeds, due to continued growth and expansion they require a number of Administrators to work in our their Customer Services department.

**Duties include**:

- Responding to Inbound Calls from Customers.
- Enter Job data on to a software system and assigning to relevant engineer.
- Reviewing Job reports and reporting accordingly.
- At least 2 years office based admin experience preferably in a customer service role
- IT proficient and have general experience of using MS Office
- A basic level of education including GCSE C and above at English and Maths

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5.00pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break (40 hours per week)
- 28 days holiday a year, including bank holidays
