**Internal Salesperson**

**Hours of work** - 7:30am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri every 2nd Sat 8am to noon

**Salary** - depended on age and experience

**Timber & Building Merchant**

**Summary of the Role**

Ideally will have strong account management skills, be proactive, enthusiastic, ambitious, hardworking, and excellent customer service skills.

Personal organisation and Standard of work **Excellent customer service skills, will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust ** Proven experience in a proactive sales environment - building new business and handling lapsed accounts **Able to communicate effectively at all levels ** Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets **Sound knowledge of timber or building materials, both heavy and light side ** Excellent telephone manner with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly with our customers whilst offering great service
