Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and products. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate within our small team.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits and stock checks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues or delays
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proficient in materials handling techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and documentation
- Knowledge of business processes related to warehousing operations

We offer competitive pay based on experience along with benefits such as a generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, flexible working and a company pension scheme.

Pay: £23,988.00-£25,188.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus
