We have a new opportunity to join our **Eastleigh** Preparation Centre as a **Yard Hand**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Passion for cars
- Be able to use IT equipment
- Motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Be organised
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence

**What you will be doing**:
The Preparation Centre in Eastleigh can hold up to 650 vehicles at any one time and our team of Yard Hands & Drivers assist moving the cars from MOT Centres, storage yards and Showrooms to ensure the vehicles are processed by our Preparation Team as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- To ensure a stock take is carried out daily at the start of the day, recording the information in a safe and secure manner
- To check internal system where cars are required and in which priority
- To report any damage or requirements via internal system
- To deliver cars to third parties and arrange collection when necessary
- Represent Carsa in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure all transporter deliveries are moved quickly into the correct lines
- When collections are due ensure all cars are ready to be loaded with required deal packs
- Manage transfers via internal system
- To approve the inspection and checking of finished cars is to company standard.
- To assist in the management of the Yard to ensure a consistent smooth flow of work
- To liaise closely with the Sales and Site Sales Teams over vehicle delivery dates
