Internal Recruitment Assessor

Initially this will be a 2-year Fixed Term contract and is Full Time (37.5 hours)

**Role Overview**

Our Talent Acquisition team play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of the Bupa business, ensuring that we attract and retain engaged and talented individuals across all our contact centres and their support roles (Volume Recruitment).

**What you’ll do**:

- Conduct quarterly levelling/benchmarking sessions with the other assessors to ensure high levels of consistency with interview scoring.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Work in line with the interview schedule that the Recruiters create.
- Pro-actively provide feedback to the Recruiters and Recruitment Delivery Manager on any suggestions to improve the assessment process.
- Strive to decrease the short-term attrition of the Member Service Advisors through high quality assessing.
- Ensure compliance with employment law.
- Regular listening to member service customer calls to ensure knowledge on the role remains current.
- Compliance with Bupa’s recruitment policy.
- Accurately maintain the teams’ trackers/ATS to ensure robust management information is provided.
