As Cleaner you will provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and maintained.

You will also be responsible for keeping records of cleaning products and equipment with taking responsibility to maintain the equipment.

You will need to be enthusiastic, ambitious and provide flexibility and adaptability. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. You must be able to work on your own initiative, multitask and have a high degree of organisational skills will be beneficial.

**What I do and achieve**
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping all areas within a working environment.
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper)
- Washing kitchen cloths, floor rags and dusters
- General washing up duties
- Cleaning glass windows
- Emptying rubbish bins
- Maintaining cleaning products and supporting with ordering new supplies when necessary
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks
- Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
- You’ll work in line to COSHH regulations whilst maintaining hygiene levels
- You’ll ensure any pest issues are reported directly to a supervisor or other senior staff member immediately
- Follow Health & Safety procedures

**Who am I**
- You’ll have previous cleaning experience, ideally within an office building and have a good understanding of the health and safety at work legislation, in particular, operating the highest cleaning standards and operating safely at work.
- You’ll be able to prioritise the high-risk areas of cleaning and coordinate tasks accordingly
- You’ll have the ability to use own initiative
- You’ll work to agreed plans
- You’ll have good time management, organisation and communication skills
