Receptionist/kennel Assistant

Contract type: Casual contract Receptionist/kennel assistant With the possibility of extending.

Start date: 1st May 2023 - Contract Ends: 30 September 2023

Shifts 8:00am to 5:00pm - 8.5 Hours a day

Job Purpose:
This is a fast paced, physical role.

*Experience working with animals is desired but not essential*

Receptionist Job Duties:

- Taking and directing calls.
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
- Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors.
- Ordering supplies for the rest of the office.
- Checking in visitors and customers using Avalon software.
- Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.
- Providing top quality customer support.
- Answering questions about products or services offered at the business.
- Carrying out tours of the premises.
- Answering questions about office hours.
- Interacting with all staff members and informing staff of necessary information.
- End of day Banking to be completed daily.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
