**The Opportunity**
Based onsite at Glensanda, the largest granite quarry in Europe we now have an opportunity for a Welder to join our Mobile Plant team and our existing large team of engineers.
You’ll be based across this 6,000 acre site and will operate on a 7on 7off rotation. Where with the support of our existing maintenance team you’ll become an expert in welding of large heavy plant.
You’ll be predominately workshop based providing welding support across our fleet of x25 heavy mobile plant vehicles including Caterpillar 992 Wheel Loaders & 777G Dump Trucks
You’ll work on projects & PPM’s to help keep our mobile plant equipment operational
With a focus on Health & Safety across our business this role is no different, you’ll carry out all repairs safely and continue to maintain a hazard free environment.
Glensanda is only accessible via the Aggregate Industries ferry from Benderloch, so you could either do a daily trip or stop onsite in free en-suite accommodation.
**Who you are**
You’ll have experience as a welder for either a Mobile Plant, HGV or Forklift environment.
