**The Opportunity**

VJ Technology Ltd are offering a two year extensive training course and qualification equivalent **to a foundation degree in Sales - L4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.**

**What you’ll be doing**

The first 12 months, you will:

- Benefit from a complete safety net whilst learning the business processes, our products and our customers
- Receive extensive training, support and feedback on the role and your qualification
- Driving the business forward supporting our experienced Sales Executives in producing quotes, completing “booking in forms” and freeing them focus on generating new business

**The second 12 months**:

- Step 1 of your journey will be focused on you exercising everything you’ve learnt in year one. Generating orders and becoming a master of your own destiny
- Step 2 will include soft targets with continuous support to assist you in your journey to becoming a VJT Sales Executive
- Step 3 will see targets increase to 75% of the expectation we set our experienced team members. You will benefit from forming relationships with our external sales team and taking on accounts of your own to grow relationships and assist our customers in driving their business and their VJT experience forward.
- Step 4 of the year will be your opportunity to bring it all together and prove what you are made of. You will be on full targets and you will exercise everything you’ve learnt from the support and your qualification.

**About you**

You will be hard working, eager to learn and target orientated.

A strong level of attention to detail with a focus on getting things right and learning from mistakes.

Building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues is at the essence of our companies’ culture and we would want you to embody this.

Finally, there will be a considerable amount of support on offer so responding swiftly to coaching is a must.

Expected working hours are Monday to Friday, (40 hours 8-5 each day, with an hours break each day for lunch) although some flexibility with working hours is required for this role.

Qualifications required: Maths & English grade C / 4 or above.

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
