Our friendly and supportive team are seeking for an Office Facilities Coordinator to join and play a fundamental role in the administration and efficient running of our Derby and wider offices. You will be working from our grade-A office space on Pride Park. The office has an open plan working space that is excellent for team collaboration and an on-site gym for team members.

Your role will be to provide seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support whilst continually seeking ways to make full use of technology to improve processes and efficiency. You will be working alongside key stakeholders, building, and maintaining strong rapport in these professional relationships, to provide a consistently excellent level of service.

**The important work you will be doing**:

- Provide general administrative and operational support to the departments fee-earning team members
- Ordering office supplies, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing the car park at our Derby office including booking visitor spaces
- Provide first-class front-of-house (receptionist) duties, including greeting clients, organising meeting rooms, and making refreshments when necessary
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing post
- Provide support in organising events for Managers, Partners, and clients where required
- Prepare, format, and amend documents as required, ensuring they are produced in compliance with the Firm’s house style. Documents include letters, reports, presentations, and accounts, making full use of standard templates
- Minute taking in meetings where required
- Be one of our CCH (accounting software) champions, creating new clients, amending information, billing, pulling reports, and supporting with client onboarding
