**Lecturer in Bricklaying**
**Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week**
**Salary: £25,678 - £35,776 per annum (Dependant on skils, qualifications & experience)**

**About the Role**
Wiltshire College Construction department is looking for an inspirational and talented Brickwork Lecturer to work at our Salisbury Campus.
This role is open to professionals with classroom experience, but also those wishing to get into education to help develop and nurture the next generation of bricklayers.
You may be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment on our Level 1, Level 2 full time groups and Apprenticeships.
Working closely with the Head of Construction you will use your brickwork industry experience and skills to guide, motivate and inspire your learners to help them achieve their highest possible level. You will also help to drive continuous improvement within the College.
You will lead sessions as well as writing lessons plan and preparing teaching resources. You will also support quality assurance processes and assess students’ work. You will also provide vocational support and guidance to learners and track and target individual students’ progress.

You will be hard working and dedicated with strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels and backgrounds.
