**Multiskilled Experienced Tradesperson Needed**

**-Supervisory Role**

R2R are looking for an **Experienced and Multiskilled Tradesperson** to join our fast-expanding Property Maintenance Company. This role is a hands on role that will require you to be working on site each day, but also to take on a supervisory role to ensure the smooth day to day running of our teams.

We carry out a full array of both planned and reactive property maintenance for our clients.

**The Role**:

- We require an all round multiskilled tradesperson with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- We are looking for someone who has skills in the following trade sectors: carpentry, roofing, basic plumbing, basic electrical, decorating, guttering. **The broader experience you have the better.**
- To be able to carry out fault finding and leak investigations.
- To be able to carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations.
- Complete reports and paperwork as required.
- Day to day supervision of the teams to ensure a timely delivery of all works carried out.
- Qualifications would be preferred but are not necessary. Knowledge and experience is a must.
- Able to prove you have experience working in a similar field of employment.
- Excellent client facing skills. Must be able to interact professionally with clients and other staff. You will be working in occupied properties, we pride ourselves on professionalism.
- Works well with a team. Experience with leading a team would be an advantage.
- Have a passion for what you do, and want to progress. We are a fast growing company with many large contracts with new clients starting in the coming weeks. We are looking for somebody who wants to help our business to grow and shows passion in the trade.
- You **must have a full UK driving license**. A company van will be provided to travel to jobs. Branded uniform will also be provided. You must have your own hand tools.

Our teams meet at our unit facility in Hitchin early morning, and then head to the job site from there in our company vans.

**Salary**:
This is a self-employed position, with excellent rates for the right person.

Excellent rates depending on experience.

Working Monday to Friday (Some Saturday work may be available from time to time)

**Salary**: £200.00-£250.00 per day

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE is always provided for entering residential homes, along with hand sanitizer.

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Driving License (required)
