**Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor fixes to household fittings, painting and touching up furniture to keep everything looking new.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
- Install appliances and equipment, working with the housekeeping team to ensure quick fixes on property changeovers.
- Conduct maintenance checks in properties including usual household equipment checks
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment where needed. Liaising with specialist plumber / electrician where needed.
- Maintain the smooth running of a swimming pool, performing daily tests and cleaning regimes. Training will be given.
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarms).
- Report to the site manager regarding any maintenance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of a probationary period.
- Care for the improvement and maintenance of green spaces across the site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.11 per hour
