Assistant Buyer

**Role** - Assistant Buyer / Purchasing

**Salary** - £27,000 - £33,000 per annum

**Location** - Bicester, Oxfordshire - Homeworking

**Additional** - 35 days holiday, Pension, Profit Share

**What will you be doing as aAssistant Buyer ?**
- Liaising, negotiating, and building strong relationships with suppliers
- Managing customer queries, and handling customer complaints, ensuring timelines are met
- Arranging and negotiating purchasing orders within set targets
- Improving deliveries and implementing new processes
- Handling Agreements
- Researching future trends in customer buying patterns
- Replenishing and managing stock and ordering new parts
- Communicating with the logistics department
- Following procedures and company policies
- Complying with ISO 9001
- Buyer Experience /Working in a Purchasing Department (Essential)
- CIPS Qualified (Desirable)
- Excellent Negotiating Skills
- Accurate Attention to Detail
- Experience Working Under Pressure
- Excellent Communication Skills
