Due to the ongoing company growth Thomas Plant hire Ltd require an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operator Hire Controller at our Head Office in Caerwys, Holywell.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned & run company that has successfully grown nationwide and continues to grow rapidly.

**Duties to include but limited to**:

- Communicate with and allocate operators to new and existing hires
- Register new operators on our database
- Post vacancies and advertise on social media platforms, LinkedIn and indeed etc
- Negotiate operator’s rates
- Admin duties required such as adding and updating operator’s personal details and with relevant qualifications onto our systems
- Collection and submission of timesheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Good IT skills including use of Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of syrinx (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable however not essential

This role is varied and includes a wide range of tasks required to support the ever-increasing demand. Full training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.
