The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training - SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.

We are now looking to appoint an internal recruiter who will to join our HR team to manage our end-to-end recruitment process.

This post will report directly into the Head of HR and will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and collaborating with hiring managers to support them with their recruitment needs.
- Hold Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within a recruitment position
- Sound knowledge of relevant HR legislation and hiring processes.
- Linked in promotion is essential
- Diary management and co-ordination for interviews etc
- Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
- Experience of maintaining and working with HR systems
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively and confidentially across teams and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
- Demonstrable ability to work independently
