The Company is experiencing sustained growth and the Coordination Assistant role is to provide dedicated support to the Company’s clients and the Company’s internal teams for ongoing projects.

This role will be responsible for managing and liaising with our Suppliers and Customers for new Broadband and Telephone line installation. This role will require adequate organisation and taking ownership of various installations from start to finish. A typical week within this role consists of numerous responsibilities. i.e., chasing suppliers for updates if or when deadlines are breached, liaising with customers to organise for external and internal engineer visits. Coordinating and planning internal engineer’s schedules & organising the relevant kit for the engineers to install at sites. Once an order completes, it is the Coordination Assistant's responsibility to update internal system, declaring the circuit is with Evolve. Liaising with other departments within the business such as accounts for billing purposes & our internal support team if there are issues with circuits after installation. Assisting the Coordination Team by answering telephone calls during the day as needed (usually Openreach/BT engineer’s).

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

**Salary**

Salary is between £22,000 and £26,000 depending on experience.

**Key Objective, Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

With guidance and support from the Coordination Manager within the Business**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.
- Dealing with customers in the process of ordering new Broadband circuits and keeping them up to date during the ordering and installation process.
- Dealing with suppliers in the ordering and installation process of new Broadband circuits.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Dealing with the internal team and customers for new site installations along with ensuring all equipment required is in stock.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident telephone manner when delivery or receiving updates.
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibility to accommodate the business needs.
- Data inputting on to internal systems.
- Attention to detail, i.e. when exporting data from supplier portals to internal portals.
- Able to organise / maintain your own tasks and responsibilities within the role.
- Following procedures put in place when shipping kit to sites to ensure all the relevant people are aware. i.e. accounts team for billing purposes. Providing quotes to customers for new devices when applicable.
- Regular stock checks for auditing purposes and ensure we have the necessary items in stock. Route Course Analysis (RCA’s) for our live sites; investigating the reason for offline alerts so we can inform our customers of the route cause.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE’s Grade A* - C
- Maths, English and ICT skills and experience with Word and Excel
- A Level grade A* - C
- UK Diving Licence (preferred)
