**What’s on offer?**
- Basic Salary of up to £30,000
- Competitive Company Quarterly Bonus Scheme (following successful completion of a Probationary Period)

**The Role**

This role is a Recruitment Consultant position in our Permanent team. Due to the nature of the business this is a 180 role focusing on account management with limited Business Development duties.

**Key Duties include**
- Encourage the full range of JMC’s recruitment services
- To build a solid customer base within your chosen industries
- To make existing client sales and service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business
- To advertise vacancies on the appropriate Websites
- Keep all records accurate and current on the recruitment database
- Visit clients as and when required
- Ensure company compliancy is enforced

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience working as a recruiter (all industry sectors considered)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Customer focus
- Flexibility within the role
- Experience in a client/customer environment providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
- Live in a commutable distance of Exeter Airport & reliably get to and from the office within the working hours outlined above
- Right to live and work within the UK

Please note that on occasion, some travel is expected (UK and International).

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
