We are seeking a talented and passionate Music Minister to join our team. As a Music Minister, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the music ministry of our church. This is an exciting opportunity to use your musical talents to inspire and uplift our congregation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead worship music for weekly services
- Select appropriate hymns, songs, and anthems for each service
- Direct and rehearse the choir and other musical groups
- Coordinate with other worship leaders to ensure a cohesive worship experience
- Provide musical accompaniment during services
- Collaborate with the pastor to plan special music events and concerts
- Educate and train volunteers in music ministry
- Maintain music library and resources

**Requirements**:

- Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in playing an instrument(s)
- Experience in leading congregational singing and directing choirs
- Knowledge of various musical styles, including traditional hymns and contemporary worship music
- Must be proficient in Yoruba songs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of musicians and worship leaders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for worship and the ability to inspire others through music

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£17,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
