Learning & Leadership Consultant

**About this role**:
The Learning and Leadership consultant plays a vital part in skilling all JET employees by building global development solutions for generic skills development and leadership development in order to drive performance. You are capable to set clear learning goals, assess the make or buy decision of development solutions and steer external suppliers to come up with impactful, scalable solutions.
In this role you will contribute in building a performance and learning culture within JET. You will be part of a highly professional Talent & Learning team, part of the CoE Employee Experience.
**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
- You collaborate with stakeholders to assess whether to develop in-house learning materials or acquire external resources and content with preference to buy more on the shelf solutions based on cost-effectiveness, impact and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously refine learning strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with HR Services to ensure warm handover of delivery and HRBP’s for alignment and checks
- Create and develop global talent
- and learning policies and strategies that are fit for purpose and meet the needs of JET business.
***What will you bring to the table?**:
- Experience in developing and co-creating end
- to-end learning best in class solutions from needs analysis to design and development, enrollment processes and impact measurement
- Familiar with Learning ecosystems including best practice use of Learning Management Systems and LXP's.
- You are familiar with and encourage a holistic approach to learning and development that maximises different learning methods (70-20-10) to maximise learning effectiveness.
- Evaluation Expertise: ability to assess and interpret the impact of learning programs, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Vendor Management Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts effectively and evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and content providers.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee the development and implementation of learning initiatives, whether in-house or externally sourced.
- Effective communication skills at different levels of the organisation
