Handy Personnell

Handy man/ woman required to work in a nursing home in Loughton. Must have your own tools and be capable of basic plumbing, basic electrics, and general handyman tasks.
- Keep any areas, outbuildings clean and tidy.
- Clear snow and grit the drives, paths, and any areas to which service users, visitors, or staff have access.
- Cut the grass and trim any flowerbeds hanging baskets etc.
- Clean all signs/lighting outside the home.
- Carry out any patching up or touching up of decoration as and when required.
- Moving furniture.
- Redecorating rooms as come available
- General plumbing, block sinks/ toilets
- General electrical, changing a plug
