Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Disrepair Inspector/Surveyor (TBA) to join our Repairs team.

**What you’ll achieve in the role**:
The overall purpose of this role is to be the lead surveyor for disrepair claims and insurance works in our properties. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying the causes of complicated repairs issues such as damp and condensation.
- Planning and managing work to resolve issues or claims.
- Ensuring effective communication with residents throughout and assisting in the resolution of any complaints.

**What you’ll bring to Raven**:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Preferably CIOB or RICS qualification or working towards it.
- Proven ability to survey and manage damp/condensation, diagnose repairs and instruct works - including the management of disrepair claims and insurance works.
- Good project planning and management, with financial and commercial understanding and excellent IT skills.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
