Logistics People are looking for a Line Leader to join our team.

Location: Tilbury

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 // Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:00

Pay rate: £13.75 p/hr

**What does working as a Line Leader for Logistics People involve?**
- Lead and motivate the Operators
- Coach and develop members of your team.
- Meet compliance targets
- Ensure that customer requirements are met
- Drive a continuous improvement culture
- To report any safety issues to the Area Manager on a daily basis.
- Liaise with Area Manager and Technical Manager
- Conform customer codes of practice and BRC standards at all times.
- Manage break times on the line
- Carry out start up checks on the line.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Complete product audits
- Complete efficient changeovers using the skills of the operators on the line
- Setup, run and carryout checks on the equipment
