Are you an experienced Live-In Carer with a passion for helping others maintain their independence? If so, we want you to be a part of our team at Iphomecare.
As a Live-In Carer, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to live with our clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing essential support to our young Adult clients with Brain and Spinal Injuries. you will be helping our clients with various tasks like moving and handling, and you'll receive training to assist with bowel management and catheter care. You'll also support them with everyday activities and help them go out into the community.
**Key Details**:
Flexible Schedule: Embrace a rotating schedule of 4/6 weeks on and 1-2 weeks off, providing both employed and self-employed opportunities.
Competitive Compensation: Earn up to £1099 per week, particularly for those skilled in handling complex care needs.
**Our placements are nationwide.**
**You must have a Full UK Drivers licence And confident to drive the clients mobility vehicle, you must be able to drive a Manual Vehicle.**
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Assisting with personal care routines such as showering and bathing.
- Administering prescribed medication and providing reminders.
- Supporting clients with moving and handling.
- Maintaining the household through cooking and cleaning.
- Embracing a person-centered approach to care.
- Facilitating community engagement and accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
- Assisting with daily physiotherapy exercises.
