Our client is the leading distributor of apparel within the UK and Europe, they supply into a growing number of sectors including Fashion, Merchandise, Corporate wear, Workwear, School wear and Promotions.

They are looking for experienced Regional Sales Manger to promote their 140 plus brands to KEY customers within the North of England. The role will be home and field based and you will have the autonomy to split this how you see fit to get the most out ofyour time with customers.

The aim is to work with some of the larger accounts within the North of England. You will get to know each of the customers and understand how you can support them to help both maximise their sale and ensure that they have the best customer experience indealing with the company.

- Excellent presentation skills
- Digital sales experience
- Great rapport building
- People Management
- Full driving license

Key duties will include**:

- Build strong relationship with the customers and build a good understand of who they are and what their specific needs are.
- Plan how you can help these customers grow and how you can best support them
- Use a variety of communications skills to keep in contact, promote brands, products and develop engagement.
- Understand the brands within the portfolio and where they fit with their customers.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.
- Consider and put forward any ideas for new areas of business.
- Once embedded in the role you manage the 2 Sales Executives within the Northern Sales Team
- Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 - OTE: £64,000 + Car or allowance
