ExxonMobil has operated in the U.K. for more than 135 years. We are best known today for the marketing of our Esso fuels and Mobil 1 lubricants and for our petrochemicals. We have refining and chemical operations in the UK, we operate the UK’s biggest private pipeline network and we retain a non-operated share in a number of fields in the North Sea. More recently, we are developing our involvement in lower emission projects in the UK, building on our experience in carbon capture and storage (CCS), hydrogen production and biofuels.

The current opportunity is for an experienced LNG Optimizer to join our Global Operations group, working with our Atlantic Basin LNG Optimisation and Trading team, currently based in Leatherhead, Surrey (but with a view to relocate to a more central London location in 2023).

**What role will you play within our team.**:
**What you will do**:

- Innovate, seek optimization opportunities and drive value captures by working with LNG teams, incluing LNG marketing / trading, shipping and analytics teams
- Serve as EM scheduling / delivery focal point for, and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders (Buyers, LNG Marketer, Trader, LNG Plant, Production Scheduler, Ship Charterer, Ship Scheduler, Contract Administrator and in-country representative) to enable timely lifting and delivery of cargos to our customer
- Develop and implement the LNG ADP, issue the 90-Day Schedule, co-ordinate day-to-day LNG cargo deliveries and other schedule adjustments
- Determine excess spot volumes with production team and then working with the LNG Trading team to optimize marketing and sales timing for such volumes
- Perform and understand scheduling simulations with various Optimization Tools for marketing or operational reasons to achieve optimal result and seek optimization opportunities to create value
- Manage rights and obligations of EM and buyers under curtailment situation
- Provide LNG shipment stewardship and customer service standard reports; prepare internal / external presentations
- Using the Energy Components system and working with the Budapest support team and Bangkok Revenue Accounting team to ensure that the verification / validation of invoice, receipt and payment of monies are issued accurately and timely
- Work as an integrated member together with the Long Term Marketing, Downstream Europe Gas Marketing and Trading teams to develop and tailor operational related clauses to protect / maximize EM interest in SPAs and MSAs
- Support implementation of EM Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and associated communication protocols

- Competent in negotiation and influencing of internal and external stakeholders to drive the highest value for ExxonMobil
- Possess high analytical and computational skills to dissect and evaluate scheduling simulation results, being able to quantify and evaluate trade-offs
- A self starter able to work independently with little supervision
- Inter-personal effectiveness with internal and external parties
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment
- Able to travel on occasional basis
